Important Update on Italian Citizenship Eligibility - March 28, 2025
Your eligibility for Italian citizenship through descent may be impacted by the March 28, 2025 decree-law issued by the Italian government. At this time, we are pausing all eligibility assessments until the law is finalized.
While the decree is currently in effect, Parliament has until May 27, 2025 to review and convert it into permanent law. Revisions may still be made during this period.
We are closely monitoring all updates and will resume eligibility evaluations as soon as there is clarity.
